Monday | Oct 20

  • Ceme-terrariums: 5:30-7:30pm. Grades 6-12. Make your own terrarium.

  • Just Dance! With the Indianapolis Ballet: 10-11am. For family with kids of all ages. Learn basic steps, hear what it’s like to be a ballet dancer, and get a preview of a holiday favorite.

Homeschool Clay Day: 1-2:30pm. uPaint Pottery Studio, Plainfield. Create a spider out of clay. $16/person.

Tuesday | Oct 21

  • Creative Jam Sesh with VGVS: 12-2pm. Grades 6-12. Creatives of any kind (sculptor, writer, artist, actor, etc) can come get feedback or new ideas or just a space to work.

Beasley’s Orchard Halloweekend: 9am-6pm. Beasley’s Orchard, Danville. The usual corn maze, hayrides, apple cannons, straw mountain, barnyard bonanza, jumbo jumping pillow, sports target toss, pick your own apples & pumpkins PLUS candy giveaways, children’s costume contest, family pumpkin carving contest (at 2pm). General admission tickets include all activities except price of pumpkins and apples. General admission is $14/person, ages 2 and under free.

Live DJ, performing dogs, pumpkin bowling, crafts & games, trick or treating, silent auction, and more. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for kids ages 4-15, free for kids under 4 (lunch included with admission).

Sat-Terror Day Festival: 11am-1pm. Talon Stream Park, Plainfield. Family friendly event. Hayrides, trunk or treat, bounce house, and more. Free.

Ghosts and Goblins: 1-5pm. Washington Township Park, Avon (upper park). Family friendly event. Trick or treating, spooky train, food trucks and more. Free.

Indiana Lyons Basketball Game: 5pm. Bosstick Gym, Danville. Family friendly basketball game. Tickets required.

Trail and Treat: 5-7pm. Williams Park, Brownbsurg. Walk a paved trail and trick-or-treat with local businesses. Free to attend.

Date Night at the Farm: 5-8pm. Oinking Acres Farm & Rescue Sanctuary, Brownsburg. Take a tour and meet the animals and enjoy food from That Vegan Joint and Fig’s Farm. Tickets are $15.
